These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the StrikeSense app (“Application”) for mobile devices created by StrikeSense (“Service Provider”) and provided as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative versions. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider strives to make the Application as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for certain services at any time, with clear notice of any changes to pricing or availability.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access credentials. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this can compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function due to lack of connectivity or if you exceed your data plan limits.
Using the Application outside of Wi-Fi may incur mobile data charges or roaming fees. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such costs. If you are not the device’s bill payer, you confirm that you have the bill payer’s permission to use the Application.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and functional. The Service Provider is not liable if you cannot access the Application due to device failure or battery depletion.
The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. You agree to install such updates to ensure continued access and performance. The Application may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete the Application from your device.
While the Service Provider strives to maintain accuracy and functionality, the Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Application.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
